Here we present a kitchen and bathroom portfolio from a home remodeling project in Orange County, CA.

Free from all unnecessary objects and with a clean, stylish, uncluttered design, the contemporary kitchen is the minimalist's dream! This kitchen has been made incredibly practical through the use of space-saving design innovations, including built-in appliances and custom cabinets.


Design features include large-format porcelain tile, under mount sink, flat-panel dark wood cabinets, quartz countertops, a tile backsplash, integrated paneled appliances, an island, and a smart home electrical system.

This gorgeous, custom, light-and-dark master bath showcases a large minimalist shower, with a luxurious atomizing swash and rainfall temperature-controlled LED shower system. It's all beautifully encased in frame-less glass, with a centered custom shampoo niche. This master bath also features a floating vanity enhanced with a lighted rectangular mirror.
