  2. Initial consultation
  3. Design development plan and agreement
  4. MDG creates and presents initial design concepts and initial project budget
  5. Project budget is established
  6. MDG creates and presents working drawings and written specifications

Design Development Phase

  1. Finalize budget
  2. Finalize contract
  3. MDG obtains all required permits
  4. Project construction
  5. On-site MDG project manager oversees your remodel
  6. Warranty
